Our view is that for consultants to achieve company turnarounds that are truly sustainable they must have had first hand real company experience of such a situation. We do not believe that someone from a corporate finance, large accountancy or consultancy restructuring backgrounds and not have gone through the distressed company situation and “come out” the other side can offer the same understanding or practical approach.
We also offer a fully rounded approach to our assignments so that we have consultants with specialist backgrounds as well as general business experience focus on the individual aspects that covers the whole company spectrum.
We believe this will add another dimension in understanding the requirements of all stakeholders and unifying their objectives to overcome any issues. Understanding the individual issues, the concerns and desires of management and the other stakeholders and matching their requirements can be the key difference between success and failure in these scenarios.
